Agrapidokampos is 16 km western of Nafpaktos city and at an altitude of only 266 meters.

The name of the village derives from the composition of the words “wild”, “Apidia” and “kampos”, i.e. Kampos full of agrapidies (wild pear trees).

It is a small valley with running waters and ravines , surrounded by mountains of maximum altitude of 600 meters.

The trails are of a mixed soil, from hard and rocky to soft chestnut, and were used in the past for the movement of people from village to village.

All the trails are re-opened and, maintained by the local group “Trail mates Outdoors” .

In the period of March usually the trails are softer due to the rains of February that have watered enough the ground.
